London Software Developer Job Description
Who are we looking for?
A software developer with ideally at least 3 years’ experience. We are looking for someone who is keen to develop and accelerate their career through a combination of training, mentoring and on-the-job learning at various client sites. You will have previously maintained existing software systems, have worked to an Agile methodology and have an understanding of Full Stack development.

Epsilontate is a management consultancy that works with some of London’s biggest companies providing specialist expertise and innovative technical solutions. Based in Leicester Square, they work primarily with the IT, Banking and Finance sectors, and due to excessive demand are now looking to grow their consultancy team.

Getting you up to speed quickly is our priority, and on Day 1 Epsilontate will launch you into their Consultant Development Programme. You will be assigned a mentor who will review your experience, core competencies and skills you are wanting to develop. Together, you will then agree on what type of consultant assignments would truly excite you and begin preparations to get you work ready.
Work will vary in nature depending on client requirements and expectations. You will be expected to travel to client sites in the London area for assignments typically of 3-6 months in duration. As a valued member of Epsilontate’s team, they will be in regular contact with you, ensuring you have all of the support you require on a regular basis.
You will need to be experienced in writing, testing and deploying clean dynamic code. On any one day you could find yourself collaborating in sprint meetings sharing ideas or leveraging your skills and experience in applying different techniques to tackle abstract problems. As an experienced developer, you will be adaptable in utilising your skills in different environments. A great communicator, you will be able to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely within either a team environment or across the organisation.
Essential skills & requirements
Minimum 3 years commercial experience
Legal right to live and work in the UK
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Live within commutable distance to London
